Admin Getting Started

Your first steps — logging in, navigating the interface and setting up your team.

Welcome to SAVVii Sales Partners

SAVVii Sales Partners is a sales team management platform that brings together your agents, high-ticket offers, Google Calendar data and call results in one place. As an admin you have full access to every feature in the system.

Logging In

    Go to your SAVVii app URL in any web browser.

    Enter your email address and password.
  3. 3
    Click Sign in. You will be taken directly to the admin dashboard.
First time? The very first account to log in is automatically given admin access. Subsequent users are given agent access by default unless you change their role in the Team tab.

The Admin Interface

The sidebar on the left contains all your navigation. Here is what each tab does:

Setting Up for the First Time

Follow these steps to get the system ready for your team:

    Create your offers — Go to the Offers tab and click Add offer. Enter the offer name, client, ticket price and most importantly the Call Identifier (the keyword in your calendar event titles for this offer).

    Add your agents — Go to the Team tab and click Invite user. Fill in the agent's name, email, timezone and working hours. Select their role as Agent.

    Assign offers to agents — Go to the Agents tab, expand an agent card, and edit their profile to assign which offers they work on.

    Connect Google Calendars — Expand each agent card and click Connect Google Calendar. Each agent completes a quick Google login.

    Import historical data — If you have past call records in Google Sheets, go to Team → Import CSV to bring them in.

Light & Dark Mode

Click the moon/sun icon in the top right corner of any page to toggle between light and dark mode. Your preference is saved automatically.

Tip: Start by creating your offers before adding agents — this way you can assign offers to agents during the invite flow, saving time.
