Add and manage your sales agents, working hours, offers and call identifiers.
Go to Team → Invite user. When you select Agent as the role, additional fields appear to build their full profile at the same time:
Go to the Agents tab. Each agent appears as a collapsed card showing their name, email, timezone, phone, hours per week, assigned offer pills and a capacity bar. Click any card to expand it and see full details. Click Edit to open the edit form.
Each agent card shows a capacity bar indicating how loaded they are with offers relative to a maximum of 3 offers. Colours indicate:
Expand the agent card, click Edit then use the delete button. Note: this removes their profile but not their Firebase login — remove that separately from Firebase Console if needed.
Go to Offers → Add offer. Fields:

| Call identifier | The keyword that appears in calendar event titles for this offer (see below) |
| Payment links | Add labelled payment links e.g. Cash link, Finance link |
The call identifier is the keyword the system uses to match your agents' Google Calendar events to this offer. For example, if your calendar events are titled "Goal Setting Call — John Smith", your call identifier should be Goal Setting Call.
