Reports Guide

Call Reports, Sales Reports and Call Results — using filters, dates and exporting.

Overview

The Reports tab gives you three sub-tabs, each focused on a different view of your team's performance. All three share the same date range picker and filter controls.

Date Range Picker

The date range picker is sticky at the top of the Reports page. Use the quick presets or set a custom range:

Below the date picker, each sub-tab shows filter dropdowns. These can be combined in any way:

Example: Set Agent = "Emily Gibson", Offer = "Goal Setting Call" to see exactly how many calls Emily has taken for that offer and what the results were.

Call Reports

Shows calendar-based call statistics. Data is pulled directly from connected Google Calendars and only counts events that match a known offer's call identifier.

Avg utilisationAverage percentage of working hours spent in meetings across all agents
Busiest dayDay of the week with the most calls team-wide
Peak call hourTime of day most calls happen
No-show ratePercentage of logged results that were No Show outcomes

Also includes a Calls by offer table and an Upcoming calls section showing the next 20 future calls matching any offer.

Sales Reports

Shows result-based revenue and conversion data from logged call outcomes.

Total salesNumber of calls logged as Sold
Conv. rateSales ÷ (Sold + PNS) — see Metrics Guide for full explanation
Total revenueSum of all sale values logged
Cash collectedSum of all cash collected amounts logged
Avg deal sizeTotal revenue ÷ number of sales
OutstandingTotal revenue minus cash collected (unpaid balance)

Also includes outcome breakdown, per-agent table, per-offer table and a reschedule follow-up tracker with overdue highlighting.

Call Results

A full feed of every logged result, most recent first. Each row shows:

Date · Agent · Member name · Offer · Outcome · Pitch type · Program · Payment type · Plan details · Sale value · Cash collected · Commission · Follow-up date · Recording link · Notes

Tip: Use the Outcome filter to quickly see all Sold calls, or all Reschedules that need following up.

Exporting to CSV

    Click Export CSV in the top right of the Reports tab.

    Choose your filters — agent, offer, outcome, date range and whether to include imported records.
  3. 3
    The preview shows how many records will be exported.
  4. 4
    Click Download CSV — the file downloads instantly.
