CSV Import Guide

Import historical call data from Google Sheets — prepare, preview, import and undo.

Overview

The CSV Import feature lets you bring in historical call data from Google Sheets. This is useful when you are setting up SAVVii for the first time and want to populate it with past records.

Exporting Your Sheet as CSV

  1. 1
    Open your Google Sheet
  2. 2
Go to File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv)
  3. 3
Save the file somewhere easy to find

Running the Import

  1. 1
Go to the Team tab and click Import CSV in the top right.
  2. 2
Select the agent whose calls you are importing.
  3. 3
Optionally select an offer to attribute the calls to.
  4. 4
    Select your CSV file.
  5. 5
Click Preview — this shows the first 5 rows and confirms the columns were detected correctly.
  6. 6
Click Import all rows — a progress bar shows as records are saved.
One agent at a time: Import one agent's sheet at a time. This ensures records are correctly attributed and makes it easy to undo if needed.

Undoing an Import

Every import is tracked with a unique batch ID. To undo:

  1. 1
Go to the Team tab and scroll to Import history at the bottom.
  2. 2
Find the import you want to remove — it shows the agent name, record count and date.
  3. 3
Click Undo and confirm the deletion.
This permanently deletes all records from that import batch. The action cannot be undone. Make sure you are removing the correct batch before confirming.
