How conversion rate is calculated, what each metric means and how the leaderboard works.
SAVVii uses a specific conversion rate formula designed for high-ticket sales:
Only Sold and PNS (Pitch No Sale) outcomes count in the denominator. No Shows, Reschedules, Not Qualified and Waiting Finance calls are excluded.
Why? A No Show or Reschedule is not a fair measure of an agent's closing ability — they never got the chance to pitch. Only calls where the price was stated and a decision was made count toward conversion.
Example: An agent has 10 Sold, 10 PNS, 5 No Shows and 3 Reschedules. Their conversion rate is 10 ÷ (10 + 10) = 50%. The No Shows and Reschedules are ignored.
| Metric | Formula | Where shown |
|---|---|---|
| Total sales | Count of Sold outcomes | Sales Reports, Leaderboard |
| Conversion rate | Sold ÷ (Sold + PNS) | Sales Reports, Leaderboard, Agent Stats |
| Total revenue | Sum of all sale values | Sales Reports, Leaderboard |
| Cash collected | Sum of cash collected fields | Sales Reports |
| Outstanding | Revenue minus cash collected | Sales Reports |
| Avg deal size | Revenue ÷ sales count | Sales Reports |
| Utilisation | Meeting hours ÷ working hours | Call Reports |
| No-show rate | No Shows ÷ total logged results | Call Reports |
The Leaderboard tab ranks all agents who have logged results in the selected date range. The top three appear on a podium — gold for first, silver for second, bronze for third.
Admins can switch the ranking metric using the buttons at the top:
Agents see the Revenue leaderboard only. They also see a personal banner showing their current rank and how much more revenue they need to overtake the next person above them.
The leaderboard respects the date range picker at the top of the page. Set it to "This month" to run a monthly competition, or "All time" for an all-time ranking.
