Logging Call Results
Add results to your calls, understand each outcome type and edit existing results.
Adding a Result to a Call

Go to My Calls.

Find the call you want to log a result for.

Click the Add result button on the call card.

Fill in the form and click Save result.
The call card immediately updates to show the outcome pill and any sale value.
The Result Form
Outcome (required)
Select the outcome of the call:
| Outcome | When to use |
| Sold | The prospect purchased the programme |
| PNS | Pitch No Sale — you pitched but they did not buy |
| Reschedule | Call needs to be rebooked for another time |
| No Show | Prospect did not attend |
| Not Qualified | Prospect is not a good fit for the programme |
| Waiting Finance | Interested but waiting on finance approval |
Fields shown when Sold
- Value of sale — the full price agreed e.g.
5000
- Cash collected — the deposit or full amount collected today e.g.
1500
- Pitch type — 1st Pitch, Re-Pitch or Re-App
- Program purchased — Executive, Executive Plus or Coaching Mentorship
- Cash or Finance — how they are paying
- PIF or Plan — paid in full or payment plan
- Payment plan details — free text for plan breakdown e.g. 3 months at £500
- Commission — your commission amount for this sale
Fields shown when Reschedule
- Follow-up date — the date of the rescheduled call
Always shown
- Call recording link — paste the URL to the call recording
- Notes — any notes about the call. These appear on your call card.
Editing a Result
If you need to update a result you have already logged, click the Edit button on the call card. The form opens pre-filled with everything you entered before. Change what you need and click Save result.
Nothing is lost when editing — the original timestamp is preserved so reports are not affected.
Viewing Your Results
Your results appear in two places:
- My Calls — as outcome pills and notes directly on each call card
- My Stats — as summary metrics and an outcome breakdown for the selected date range
